The pain when turning the neck to one side or another is appearing after overloading shoulder or upper limb muscles. If the pain affects the shoulder, it is recommended to tape the shoulder as well.
Stick the tape along the painful muscle on its problematic side. Tape in the direction from your ear down to the shoulder. The tape ending should reach the neckline.
Stick the tape behind your ear and tilt your head forward to the opposite side.
Stretch the stuck tape along the trapezius muscle to your shoulder.
