Tape when lying on the belly with bent knee.
Place the beginning of the Y tape on your heel and stick it along the edges of the calf muscle towards the knee pit.
Place the second tape on your heel few centimetres lower than the first one and stick it with gentle stretch to the upper third of the calf. Smoothen the tape by your hand.
